Day One: Monday, 11 September 2023 – Flight to Vienna
| 16:00 | Meet at the Emirates Airlines check-in counters of at OR Tambo International Airport Terminal A and check in for your flights EK 764 and EK 127 via Dubai to Vienna |
| Proceed through security and immigration to the Mugg and Bean, located between Gates A3 and A4 | |
| Meet at the Mugg & Bean for a pre-departure snack and drinks before boarding your flight (courtesy of Standard Bank). Please note boarding starts about one hour before departure and boarding gates can change, so please double check the overhead screens |

Day Two: Tuesday, 12 September 2023 – Vienna from the outside

| Look out for the Standard Bank signage once you have disembarked the aircraft or bus. If you are confident, you are welcome to make your way to the next boarding gate on your own, or you can wait for the rest of the group in the passenger corridor. Once everyone has disembarked, we will make our way through to our next boarding gate. You will be clearing another security check on the way. Please set your watches to Dubai local time (Dubai is two hours ahead of South Africa) |

| Once you have disembarked, look out for the Standard Bank signage. After Passport Control, continue to the Luggage Collection where you will have to collect your bags. You can then continue to the Arrivals Hall where you will find our local agent with Standard Bank signage | |
